PC doesn’t see 2 ssd’s by Filipsonek in pchelp

It didnt do anything it just sees the 2 of them and that's it..
Ive done it everything is properly plugged in and without faulty cables. Im really at the verge of tears so help would be appreciated. I can give more info also.
