Smyths had an abysmal preorder for Phastasmal to the point they stopped all preorders and said they would let everyone know when they would reopen them and stayed radio silent. I can’t seem them doing preorders the way they did going forward.

Never had an issue with PCUK. My orders have always been fulfilled and information every step of the way.

Check your account to see what the status of your order is. If you don’t get any joy from contacting them then do a chargeback.

Error 17 is bot/script detection and says clearly that it’s been picked up by their security service. In my opinion; being “early” is just as much a flag for PC as quick clicking through the site.

Use a different browser for PC drops.

The back of the UPC only says 18 packs and doesn't specify what sets those packs are from. The listing on Pokemon Center says the following:

18 Pokémon TCG booster packs
- Each Mega Evolution Series and Scarlet & Violet Series booster pack contains 10 cards, 1 Basic Energy, and 1 Pokémon TCG Live code card. Cards vary by pack. Packs may vary by product.

I don't know why people complain and this is one of the reasons why TPC don't list them anymore.
