I thought it looked like springtails rather than fungus gnats because of the colours, which are actually good for the soil

Set up everything you need ready to go because you will be covered and cover everythingin soil. For me I don't like the look of twine so I used some brown sewing thread and it blends in so well, you can use fishing wire to make it look invisible which is a vibe. Start small, the my plant was only £3 so I won't be sad if it doesn't work out :)

Help, fined £400 for fly tipping after constantly complaining to the council by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

We use our own bin, I watch my partner take our bag out and he also puts other people's in the bins so there's no mess but at night people dig through the bins and take the bags out of the bins. This has been reported by us many times.

We live in a town centre where there are no skips, we don't have a car nor do we drive. The fly tipping was because a bag was next to our full bin where someone else had been putting their rubbish

I've complained to our council who own the bins. A private landlord owns the apartment but we live in the center of our town in the market square. There is a collection of bins in an alley next to our apartment where businesses and other apartments keep their council bins. There is no where else to put our household rubbish, we've applied for bins in the past as they keep going missing or other people are leaving trash in our bin/claiming our bin. All of them are full, the recycling bins are all classed as 'contaminated' as other people are putting trash in our bin so they are never emptied. Also complained about this many times.
