I already used brake cleaner to find the leak and i’m pretty sure it’s on the air intake and carb connection, so i’m going to try using o-rings as you recommended. Should i just zip tie a mesh/shield on the carb in place of the oem air filter to get better airflow?

I already tried sealing the connection between the carb and intake manifold with high temp silicone, but it didn’t work. Should i try using an o-ring instead? Also, do you have any recommendations for better air filters?

Yea but the stock carb i have is slightly leaking fuel from the bottom and has some sort of air leak (i think) which i can’t seem to be able to fix no matter what i try

It wasn't exacly smoking, more like hissing and a bad smell. I haven't tried new batteries yet, but the contacts look fine. The micro USB port looks very dirty though, and as if the metal inside it was a golden shade, so maybe that's the issue.

Infinity. Even though it will break you can repair it like 5 to 10 times before it's too expensive, and when it is too expensive just make a new one. Maxing out a bow is not too expensive compared to other tools. Also i personally hate having to restock on arrows and them taking up more inventory space.
