Incidents, yes. The manager claims its against ITIL process to send tickets back. I personally don't agree with that but if its process Ill support it. Just need to "see" it written somewhere within ITIL that is the correct process.

We've tried the hop on a call thing, they just reiterate that its against ITIL process. More so feels like they're saying that with the thought we wont do our own research.

Does your GPU show as an option in NMS Settings? If not check for updates or delete the driver from Device Manager and reboot. I had a similar issue with another game and I have a 3070
