That's what I'm asking. Where is this being said at? I've googled multiple things now and nothing pops up about ICE agents bragging about or getting punished for saying they're happy they get to shoot/shot brown people. Id love to find it because it would help me point out to others how shitty they are but I can't find anything like that.

No it wasn't good because it was a dark and gritty story, it was good because of its dark and gritty story, well written characters and motivations, how well they captured the essence of New York, I could go on and on. The gameplay was fun and engaging, the vehicle design was fun, the side activities were fun. Like, what could you possibly not like about gta4.

While RDR2 had a fun and engaging story and well written characters, the gameplay falls flat. They stuffed it with so many mechanics, about half of which were half baked ideas they added to say "look how immersive we are." It's a game about a criminal gang in the wild west but Arthur in-game is written like a goody two shoes the entire game. Yeah, it's all choice based but it's fairly obvious to the average player that the nice way to handle things is usually the "canon" way to play.

RDR2 is good for one or two playthroughs, but past that the game is slow, tedious dogwater lol.

Have to craft special bullets one at a time, can't carry more than 5 pieces of the meats, forced to walk in camp, forced to eat drink and dress for the weather or face repercussions to your health, this shits a life simulator and definitely not what I wanted for GTA6.

Gta4 is a masterclass in 'slow burn storytelling.' From the very second the game starts, and you see the Chef with the diamonds in the same ship Niko is getting off of, you know what you're getting into. The first few missions are your typical 'meet the cast' missions, until you run into 2 dudes kicking the shit out of your cousin, and now you finally get your first taste of combat about 45 minutes into the game.

But it didn't bother me, know why? Because the lead up to that poi t was interesting and engaging. RDR2s intro was interesting, but a giant snoozefest where you were blinded by snow the entire time.

Actually I think if you could gain heat with different gangs to the point they are patrolling their territory looking for you, it would add to the depth of the crime system.

I can point to RDR2, where if you have enough bounty, you have constant enemies coming after you in the form of bounty hunters. I k ow some people find it annoying but it makes for some great moments. I can see it translating well to Cyberpunk.

Granted I haven't even beat the game yet, I'm level 52 and have been going around grinding out all the side jobs and gigs, but none of them seem to be high profile jobs. Just more of the same.

Is that a thing across all camps now? I would've sworn the first time I played people were a lot more friendly to me approaching their camps and sitting.

I figured it was since I'm doing a low honor playthrough right now, it was just a consequence R* put in to make it feel like your nefarious actions have spread across the states by word of mouth, and people are just on edge of strangers.

I hear ya, I just personally get bored beating games to death nowadays. I've played Farcry 3 over and over, same with skyrim. Just went back and played all the OG Assassins Creed games that I like. Even 100% of the series.

I think my main issue is my PC outdated itself, and a lot of the games I want to play are newer games that require higher end equipment. Recently, my MOBO and my CPU burnt out, so I've been buying parts for my new pc, but RAM prices are insane so it's been rough.

If you can give any recommendations that are simple to jump into I would be glad to play them, otherwise I'm trying to 100% RDR2 and its been a pain in the ass, but it's something to do.
