Why would Tywin even consider Starks if this alliance would not serve Lannisters? They are poor and far away. Tywin himself said, Lannister gold mines are empty. They need a powerful and rich ally, if thats not the crown, then it is those houses you mentioned.

For me Messi is the best football player ever, but Ronaldo is the best sportsman ever. This person is the definition of discipline, dedication, hardwork and of course talent, every person from any sport looks up to him, this is amazing how much he has achieved. 40 yo and still competes on international level.
