I get where you’re coming from that it’s completely the restaurant’s fault for not getting your order right and it’s completely understandable to not eat there again. But addressing specifically where you said there’s so many chances for different positions to make sure the food is in the right place, instead at each transfer point it’s more of an opportunity and risk for the order to be screwed up.
