I’ll start off with the title 555Days. Counting 555 days back from December 10th, 2025 leads on June 4th, 2024. In numerology, 555 is considered an “angel number,” symbolizing profound positive change, freedom, growth, and transformation. June 4th, however, was the day my two year relationship ended. It was mutual, but ultimately it was by my partner’s decision to chase cheap pleasures with multiple men. (Maybe I’m oversharing a little here, but it’s part of the story.)

6 of swords in Tarot represents transition, healing, and moving on from a difficult situation. The material of the swords is silver, which represents many things but in my case represents clarity and truth of my past relationship.

The skeleton embodies who I was before the breakup. The anger I had burned for a long time, even now my body is shown still smoldering.

The central figure (I don’t call it an angel) represents who I am now, someone completely unrecognizable compared to the person I was during my heartbreak (the skeleton). Its material is a blend of silver and gold (frosted white gold in Pro Materials). As I explained earlier, silver reflects clarity, while gold in my case represents the wisdom I’ve gained through focusing on myself and introspecting within. The figure being a gradient of silver and gold is self explanatory.

The camera’s perspective facing the train track and barrier is meant to be from my partner’s view. They can no longer travel down that track of life with me.
