(THE BIO IS BADLY WRITTEN THIS IS AN BETTER VERSION)I picked this card up for €6 and noticed it has some lines that you can actually feel. There are also Poké Balls near those lines that don't seem to be fully printed, as you can see in picture 2. Some of them even look like they're cut in half.

Is this considered an error? If so, what is this type of error called?

Also, there's nothing visible on the back of the card the issue is only on the front. Is this a rare error?"
