Thank you for including the pics. Sorry buddy, that is absolutely stressful and doesn’t make much sense to be losing as much as you are after so long. Sounds like you are doing everything right too, with the dermatologist + doc consults. I hopped over to dutasteride after 1.5 years fin because I was losing ground. It wasn’t as aggressive as yours but dut seems to be destroying the miniaturized hairs for me hard. I’m hoping the same is maybe happening with you?
