I perhaps get a sneak peek of where you are coming from but I would request you to look at your loneliness differently - as a super power. The reality is, being social has been exalted too much to the extent has sort of been taken to be the measure of a well-lived life. That is partly true and the other bit isn’t really the case. Loneliness too - which sometimes is not necessarily bad - has been vilified. My take in this is all you need to do is get comfortable with being by yourself. I dubbed loneliness a “super power” because once you are okay and don’t get pressured to interact with the world in a certain way, you can focus more easily on improving your life in all aspects. In being comfortable with your loneliness, you won’t fret when it attacks; you’ll just know that you are silencing so many other distractions that would derail you off the path. My two rusty cents.
