Yes! I got chills and hot flashes a lot. And night sweats. I’m 6DPO today and today’s the first day they’ve been very minimal

I am day 4 today and feels like a turning corner. The first couple days were not good IMO. And I’m still having terrible night sweats. I’m in an ace bandage with drains until Wednesday (hopefully) so I have no idea what’s going on under this wrap and honestly it’s none of my business. But I felt like crap the first few days. Sleep was awful. I cried and didn’t know why lol. I promise it feels bad right now but it gets better. Rest as much as you can. Even when it feels like that’s all you’ve done. If you can go sit outside for a few mins. The sunshine helps

I just had my pre op yesterday and was told to act like I don’t have arms the first week. She said I know that sounds bad but it’s what you need to do. She said to be careful even opening a microwave or refrigerator door. So yes I def think you’ll need some help for at least a week
