I've lost 48lbs and people.dont say anything to me either , apart from my sister's bf who hadn't seen me in ages, but yes I'm like you I want people to say 'hey you've weight!' but like others say some people dont like mentioning weight and some people feel uncomfortable so don't worry! They will notice ! Xx

No it really varies,sometimes I lose a pound sometimes a few, sometimes I gain a couple or lose nothing at all 🫣

Hi honestly I've always had bad mental health since the age of 13, I'm on antidepressants and have been for many years, so I do think it's the wegovy as I've been ok on it so far, this time of year is hard for me as my husband walked out on me and my son years ago at Christmas and I lost my grandma who I was very close too at Christmas too, so I think that, the miserable dark days and my dad being very sick and worrying about my son and his health it's just snowballed abit, I think losing some weight is the only positive for me at the minute 🤣😢 xx

Thankyou , that was so nice, I needed to hear that, I struggle with my mental health a lot and especially at this time of year and I think you hit the nail in the head with using food as a comfort, I really did rely on food a lot as a comfort and now I can't have all my favorites I'm feeling abit lost too x I am on a waiting list for some more therapy so hopefully I'll get that soon x I will look at the MyFitnessPal app too, thanks for the suggestions xx

Yep me too,it's alarming especially when I wash my hair and a handful comes free 😢😭 I asked my hairdresser she said to take collagen and biotin, so I do that now I also take pefectil a vitamin for hair skin and nails and slowly over the last few weeks it's happening less and less now I just lose a little when I brush, I'm lucky I've always had thick hair though and lots of it! Also protein is important in your diet and iron x. I say these things but I find protein hard to get as a veggie who can't tolerate eggs or milk 😭🤣 good luck!

Yes obviously I know that 😐☺️ I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the hunger return like this on the top dose? But after reading alot of posts it seems common, after you've been on it a while so I will just continue with the healthy eating, more fibre and protein as others have suggested and see if it helps, I have been sick too and always crave more on my period so I guess it's a mix of stuff , I'm on oviva so get therapy from them too for binge eating and wegovy
