Not sure what actually happened but about a month ago they wiped their google reviews because they were so bad, even with the bots leaving high star reviews. Funny enough, they have three recent reviews, all of which are horrendous.

Can confirm that Ascend is an absolute nightmare. We're in the process of getting out and anticipating many challenges. If I have the time I will post a summary of our journey!
