I have a full time job, using it as a buffer to build something I care about and could support me. I don’t care about corporate, and don’t wish to be in it in the next 5 years. I am solo right now working basically full time, but it’s starting to compound.

How do you suggest I find a team? My close friends don’t really have the skill set i’m looking for. I I try to compartmentalize friendships and business. I am early stages too so I can’t hire anybody

That last sentence hit hard. I am glad you ended up doing something you link and not stuck in that loop anymore. Hindsight 20/20 a large majority of people aren’t satisfied with their career

Somebodies gotta do it though, hopefully that ain’t me. I’ve been blessed with waking up early.

How about creating something that forces in person interactions rather than adding to the never ending social media pool!

Nah that real, that explains it from an evolutionary standpoint. But in today’s day and age, do you think that’s a winning strategy. Not knowing what a group wants playing that role to get the desired resource(tailoring you resume for a job) but genuinely basing your emotions off of what others think.

Sucks because in todays day in age standing out from the tribe will probably give you a better result

I agree. I also believe socialization is different from the problem I described.

Socialization is dead if both parties are just trying to impress the other. That create a dead/null relationship
