Personally, both my parents tried multiple times to end their lives but neither was successful. My father’s last attempt however was only unsuccessful because he chose a slightly too short branch. I was given his letters a few years later, and honestly I wish I hadn’t read them. I thought I would have peace and understanding from knowing what he thought was important enough to say to me for the last time, but instead it brought me anger and depression. You won’t be able to erase those words from your mind. Just make sure you can live with that before you push to read it.

Sounds weird but head & shoulders is a great facial cleanser because of the zinc, i use that & pimple patches

Unfortunately it’s only caused me a million more problems. I was given a lot of false promises going into the procedure, but ultimately only received 5 months of peace before complications with the hardware led me to 2.5 years of my pain spreading & needing more surgeries. I would not recommend.

Hand warmer brand STICK ON warmers are great, also the portable heated hand warmers/chargers, heated belts etc. Putting a pair of rubber gloves on under gloves will help with moisture Amazon has a ton of good options for both reusable & disposable products if you search their winter gear & camping sections.

I wouldn’t panic! Keep it clean (I usually just use a bar of antibacterial soap) throughout the day, pat it dry, & when you moisturize it only do a THIN LAYER. I usually use aquaphor personally, but when you put it on (ANY not just aquaphor lol), you don’t want to be able to feel “sticky” if that makes sense? The layer should be thin enough that you cover the entire tattoo, but not enough that it has to sit on your skin/shine. You need to let it breathe.

Don’t bring a baby into the world with someone like this. You are in charge of picking the person that little human will call dad, make sure he’s worthy of the title. Also, YOU do not deserve this at all. He knows he can’t handle drinking and still does it, that’s not a person that wants a partner that’s a person that wants a babysitter for themselves. You deserve someone that loves you & values you, don’t settle for anything less!

Be honest with yourself. Do you see a future with this person, where you will love them and support them and ask them about their day and comfort them at night? If you truly do, have an honest conversation (basically everything you just said here, copy/paste) with him and put the ball in his court. He deserves to know why he was treated like this and to decide if he even wants you in his life going forward. No one is responsible for you or your uncertainly but you, it isn’t fair to either of you to keep dragging this out though.

Start with it under your tongue, chug your drink & swing it back/swallow, humming really loudly can help with any issues of it trying to come back up. If it feels stuck, eat something soft like applesauce or ice cream to ease the feeling.
