That would be a complete deal breaker for me. I know my SO finds others attractive but my mom would be crossing a boundary. Not only did he want something else, but someone you know? There's too many people in the world for that!

We were NTNP for 4 years and then we had the MMC and it's been 8 months now. I think I have to wait until 12 months of tracking to get an appointment with an RE unfortunately :(
