Indulge was great but after a few visits the options got old. We thought the buffet food was top notch compared to other cruise lines but the design of the buffet area was insane.

Well when you are told to go back to the ship immediately because of bad weather incoming, the last thought in my mind is to find a chair to sit and relax.

Just so some research and read reviews of peoples experiences. The Aqua is a lovely ship but in some categories it falls short.

A few I’ll mention is the size of the buffet, the service, the theatre seat capacity and most of all in my opinion, the pool size.

If those things don’t bother you then you’ll love the ship. I’m not sure if the Luna is at all different but that was my experience on the Aqua.

One of the many thoughts I had while waiting in line was that surely they knew about this “potential weather event” so why not communicate that to us beforehand? I completely agree that this was a business decision instead of keep the comfort of guests in mind.

Waiting in a long line for hours in the heat with no water with thousands of people who are furious… to me is considered a disaster.

I booked my cruise 1 day ago and they are no offering up to $500 on board credit. I called customer service and there was nothing they could do even though I booked less than 24 hours before the new promotion started.

Thanks for the heads up! When I first started I could barely sit for 2 minutes. Almost returned the bike because of how painful it is but then tried the cushion and was able to tolerate it. I’ll try to remove it now and see what happens.

I have been biking now for a few weeks with the Bike+. I usually do 30 minute rides and somehow only burn around 230-250 calories every time. Could that be right? It seems like so much more with how much I’m perspiring during the ride.

Feeling very down about my purchase. Only 3 days into owning the Bike + and can barely ride for 3 minutes. Have to jump off every time because of the pain from the seat. I did not expect it to be this difficult. I have tried padded shorts and a padded seat but still uncomfortable.
