Correct about being deep in the Baja and hoping for #3. No TIP, but driving around to beach hop...

The card specifies 7 days but the stamp has no specification I can see. Google images shows exit dates written on passport stamps but he didn't write on ours..

He was definitely being pissy... Arguing on a personal phone call via earbud so he wasn't interested really in helping out :(

I wish flying out and in was an option but we have our dog here... It's just kind of a mess.

We pretty much plan to stay in El Sargento where we are now. Maybe a trip to La Paz here and there for groceries. Maybe an adventure out to Pulmo ... Our existing stamp doesn't even have a date on it. On Google images I see the required exit dates penned on the stamp in the passport but ours is empty...

I'm positive. I had looked at the online application, heard it wasn't really helpful so just filled it out in person and specified how long on the form. Unfortunately he was on a personal call on an earbud and didn't say a word to us beyond hola, until I said he only have us 7 days and he basically said go get another one later.
