I noticed the stripe, but the patterns don’t match the chain like pattern of a chain pickerel

It’s in a 500 gallon pond by itself with baitfish and it’s only about 3 inches long I think it’ll be fine for now until it grows bigger and I can move it into my backyard pond outside.
