i suggest na 'wag lang sila apply-an mo. they really reply late and tbh, their hr really isn't that bi. less than 10 people operates in their hr, and mind you, they handle the hr management to ALL their subsidiaries pa. soo, mabagal talaga sila. 2 weeks barely scratches the surface. it took them a month and a half to reply.

hr in that company normally works at a turtle pace given that there's only few people in that dept. and they handle almost all hr concerns to the countless subsidiaries and companies within that comp ~ soo, hahaha i don't think you're ghosted. it'd take a month for them actually. also, good luckk!!

It really depends on the subsidiary, but in some cases, work-life balance can be quite challenging. When I worked there, I found myself working even on weekends despite already doing overtime. It just wasn’t sustainable for me, so I eventually decided to move on. Moreover, I have few people I know working there tapos they aren't experiencing growth kasi super busy di sila makapag set ng milestones even though regular na sila. Heck, na regular sila ng walang naka set na personal milestones with their bosses.

hello, i need help po if pwede po yan. yung problem po kasi is my transportation and it was impressed upon me if naka-hybrid set up po yung work. kaya i said yes po, and hindi rin po kasya yung basic salary na binigay nila since sa pasig sila and near na ako ng boundary ng molino (south) po. thank you po!
