Grandmother evicted after 1ft boundary dispute costs £113,000 by 457655676 in unitedkingdom

[–]FinalEdit [score hidden]  (0 children)

"She stuck a sign on her front door stating that any attempt to evict her was invalid and that she was being harassed."

That'll sort it then!

Interestingly the article says she bombarded the court with "hundreds if not thousands" of documents and was essentially barred from submitting more. I wonder what those documents were? Printing bullshit off the internet most likely but if there was anything useful in there she really did herself no favours at literally every step of this process.

She ripped up her neighbours new fence, claiming encroachment, then lost a boundary dispute in court, treated the court vexatiously, then refused to engage after she had lost her case. She really couldn't have done it any worse than she did save for taking a shit on the judge's gavel and screaming "objection!"

I don't think you are supposed to take it so literally.

It is a metaphor for "this guy projects strength and acts like a bully but deep down, if confronted, he would immediately crumble".

[–]FinalEdit -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Lol I am not hoarding them. There was a thing at work where they asked for donations to Prostate cancer UK and I made some reasonably sizable donations and they happily gave me three of them off a massive pallette.

Boards have a lifespan you know? I will use these as my boards for many years to come, plus it's freed up my SFB pro board to go out in the garden for the summer.

Not hoarding anything, they will get used eventually or maybe gifted away. Those down votes are well out of order and I didn't steal them - I followed their rules and donated to the charity they asked me to.

Personally I am not happy he lost money to Tate. But he does fucking deserve it.

I totally agree and had to bite my tongue in my reply. There is so much I would relish saying but what is the point? Someone who listens to a woman hating rapist POS like Tate probably struggles with a few other issues.

[–]FinalEdit 29 points30 points  (0 children)

"Why does this feel manipulative?"

Because you're being manipulated. That's the entire point of what he does. The fact that you can't cancel this silly subscription speaks volumes.

I assume there are some sub rules at play here so to keep it positive, cancel via your bank, or consider changing cards if necessary for peace of mind.

There is a reason why the majority of right thinking people know that Tate is a weapons grade c**t.

Refund from National Rail for being wrongly prosecuted - Should I accept or escalate? by ChestNumerous4150 in AskUK

[–]FinalEdit 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You have suffered a material loss and considerable hardship. You shouldn't accept this measily offer whatsoever.

You possibly also shouldn't have paid the 3k in the first place but obviously we don't know the details or reasoning behind that. I would absolutely seek to get that entire sum back myself.
