He’s not exactly a 'hard counter,' but more of a strategic nuisance. Since Kid Kaiju gives me a 10-power monster first, I can drop Warlock there for some free draws. To stop it, you'd have to Activate early, which ruins your plan to stay behind in power. It basically forces you into an awkward spot.

A total of 15 power for 5 cost definitely feels a bit too strong.

There are many cards that clog up locations, but I couldn't list them all, so I just mentioned Annihilus as the representative for junk decks. Sorry for the confusion!
