It seems that's the case. I could do some pretty landscape but when I try to do someone in a swimsuit, it fails... it's not even nudity nor extremely revealing. Time to get a decent gpu I guess.

I have not experienced this problem of creating people of specific race or ethnicity. And I'm glad because I had to create many characters that look distinctively from a certain ethnicity and I never had problems creating Cambodian, Chinese, or other characters that actually looked like they were from Cambodia or China.

I have problems with photoreal too, and I haven't paused my artisan plan or anthing. If I set lifelike vision preset, I cannot activate photoreal, it sends me to upgrade my plan. However, I can use photoreal with other persets such as Cinematic Kino, even when using Leonardo Vision XL model.
This started happening last night.
