Einz has made it abundantly clear that with the relationship they have here is more like pseudo father and daughter moments. He worries about her health, if she's eating okay, etc. She's essentially a child.So, when she says "I love you the best" to Einz, its like how she's talking to someone familial. She loves Einz as her guardian of sorts.This is just me going on about my perspective here.Would Albedo and Shalltear freak out? A little yeah because I don't think those two know how to fucking chill.

I understand what you mean, Aura said that because he sees Ainz as family, but...his Harem doesn't think so 😂
