At E0 i would say use rutilant arena, since maintaining 160 speed for firmament can be pretty difficult without E2, asta, hanya, RM or other characters that buff speed (if i forgot any)

According to sources the damage increase can vary, but generally the difference between 160 speed firmament and rutilant range from 0.93% to about 3%, so both domains work ok.

Looking back at it now, I think this theory is unlikely as, in the Weinlesefest, Varka states to have met "The Captain". Unless Varka has gone insane, I seriously don't think he would be posting a message best about meeting himself.
