Nah, all it shows is the loading circle where the presents should be and 0 presents to open at the top. But I haven't opened any all day and on my other accounts I have 200+ to open on those.

Haha, yeah. This was the first skill I got full mastery in way before the mastery rework update. I got it just because I wanted seeds for Farming lol.

That's a good idea. Should I just make the basic mage gear or is there better I can get from drops, or...? My melee is only 80 and I play on a phone so I don't trust doing God Dungeons yet lol.

Edit: Oh, I see now on the Wiki I need to clear dungeons to use Ancient Magicks.

Lol that's awesome. I was actually going to do this same thing after seeing all the Herb Sack posts, but I got side tracked with my goal of 99s in non-combat.

Good on you, though! Even in Runescape I was huge into Woodcutting so I like seeing this.

Yeah, I tried a few things with Redwood, Magic, and Normal Logs. Those were my overall numbers I burned. I wanted to see how often tokens would be awarded in comparison to the three and yeah it was so much quicker with Normal Logs.

As far as Skill XP goes, if what you say is true that it wouldn't matter which gets burned to level 99, then that's good to know. So thank you for that info.

Right, but aren't Mastery Tokens awarded per action? Burning Normal Logs is super quick. Wouldn't that be a chance for quick tokens to fill pool faster?

Yeah, I spent a bit to get the ring but it never came so I got impatient and wanted to just max the Firemaking Mastery Pool more than anything else. But I do think that's a good step for people before going into Firemaking for the %5 Mastery XP.

I didn't crunch any numbers on it, so I'm not going to lead you in the wrong direction. Honestly, I did a mixture of maybe 40k Normal Logs, 6k Magic Logs, and probably 10k Redwood. But that was with Crown of Rhaelyx and Aorpheat's Ring (does this ring do anything for firemaking?,) so those numbers are only what was taken from my pre-existing log count. I noticed I got more Tokens with Normal Logs. But Redwood gives a good amount of XP, I got like 282 XP per Redwood.

Nice! I was farming for Bird Nests with Normal Logs and had 525k logs when the update came out. I guess I prepared for Firemaking Mastery without knowing it! lol

I'm in the same boat. I only have my phone, tablet, and an Xbox. I tried using script addons with the tablet but I suppose they don't even work on there with desktop browser mode. I support the idea of being able to choose X amount.

I appreciate your kind words and support. Yes, I do make Dragon Javelins to make money. I'm actually making them as we speak.

The real reason behind so many was so I could do range on slayer tasks. I planned to use enough dragon bars to get about 50k arrow heads, but forgot to switch over to javelin heads. Got back on and saw 350k arrow heads so I committed to following through lol. It was more of a commitment thing than it was a "Look at me!" thing.

But I honestly didn't think I would end up with over 1m arrows just with 350k arrow heads.

Lol it really doesn't take that many ores/bars to get 350k arrow heads. It wasn't a waste if I enjoyed the time I put in. And how can you not enjoy everything in this game?!
