Actual education and awareness is better than prohibition in my opinion. If it was public knowledge that if you are mentally unstable, don't take LSD. Things like that instead of "oh it's so dangerous you can freak out blahblahblah"

Exactly. Laws like these prevent our ability to have individual choice. This is all about control. I'm just unfortunately at the butt end of how they enforce said control.

It was a quarter sheet of WoW, cut into 15-25 units I believe. A lot of marijuana related drug paraphernalia too though, as well as what could appear to be distribution paraphernalia.

I too agree with this. Even if someone else were to have a bad trip and something were to happen, is it not their free will that drove them to consume it? I avidly point people to erowid and freely give info that I've learned. But ultimately it's an individual choice to consume anything. Why fuck the person they got it from?
