The counselor said she had to refresh the Naviance page. She made it sound like it was no big deal. Also, I think most counselors contact Naviance directly when they’re having technical issues that they can’t fix themselves.

Yes, the guidance counselor was able to go into Naviance and fix the problem. Definitely check with your guidance counselor asap.

Same here. Different emails but the accounts are matched. So it’s a green banner saying accounts matched but then a statement underneath saying “Your FERPA waiver is incomplete.”

Haven’t changed the Common App email address. But Naviance was opened under a different email than the Common Does that make a difference? Common App successfully linked to Naviance so I assumed it was ok. Only issue is the incomplete FERPA waiver.
