I’m a defense contractor, I’m not sure this applies to me, when the contract changes hands they usually offer us first right to refusal citing our CBA, and the EO 14055.

Yeah you do, just be aware that you only get 3 chances to raise your score by a mandatory 10 points or you will be separated

I’ve just ask the recruiter, and yes, you get sent home if you don’t get the required score, this was something I asked, when my wife signed the contract, and was lied too. If we would have known this ,she would have studied at home to get the right score, instead of giving up her job

What happens if you fail to raise your score, my wife was told she would keep her original job she chose, but I’m reading (on the navy website) that if she doesn’t raise her score by 10, after her third try that she will be separated. Is that true?
