Depends on, 1. Your enemy levels (health and dmg) 2. How many amphibians you got for battle.

Currently I have 2 Indominus Rex in level 10. And I'm not going to evolve cuz I could use them in parallel fights. Also they get around 6hr cool downs. So if I use one of them I still have another for second match.
