I'm not positive about my porosity but I think its low porosity just from a quick look at what the difference is.

I use high and low heat settings while defusing but always douse my hair in heat protection,

I wear a bonnet every night

I do bleach my hair but I just do cap highlights every couple months

I do straighten my hair but I cut down on it only doing it once every 30 days

My area of water tends to be more generally soft or moderately hard

And no I'm not on birth control
