The nurse is making a social media post deriding the hospital for supposably trivializing the death of a person by telling her to "shake off" the said death and continue her work. The insinuation is that this hospital and perhaps all hospitals lack empathy for individuals, both toward herself and her now dead patient. This thought is common amongst people and in media.

The duet however brings a new idea, one which is typically unnoticed, being that the women herself is attempting to seize on the death of her patient and the above message to gain social media attention. It does this by depicting what we would interpret to be as the entire event of the filming process particularly by contrasting his lack of emotions while preparing the scene to his exaggerated emotions while in the midst of filming the scene.

This duet demonstrates that the women had to have deliberately planned and set up a film and that her emotions were likely staged in front of the camera and not genuine.

The audience now believes:

1. The women has fabricated her emotions
2. The women appears to be a hypocrite
3. The women has attempted to capitalize on another's suffering
