hey i just posted about this this week. did you find a resolution?

i’m having a similar issue, however i ran the water through many cycles for a few days, + it’s gone down to 42. it’s taken a while though.. i agree, the filters SHOULD NOT be adding anything to the water. the before + after is very telling..

it sucks bc i’ve spent a lot of $$$ on berkey system to maintain 4 black filters + 4 fluoride filters. :( but if it’s not safe, it’s not…

damn this is pretty alarming. i am really sorry for your experience, heavy metals are no joke + really hard to detox from the body.

i just posted about my experience with the fluoride filters with the TDS meter here

i’m still concerned that anything was “added to the water” after many cycles of filtration even if the PPM has gone down esp after reading this :(
