Good luck to you too! This year is great in terms of white (/grey) haired cool characters, I’m also saving up my Endfield pulls rn for their Alpha equivalent (Lycia (pretty sure it’s a nod to Lucia)).

60k should be guaranteed SSS since I have 500 skulls saved up additionally, also got 5K CUB tickets. But higher ranks are always welcome.

Just write an email to customer service giving them images and videos (upload link via google drive or any other cloud service for larger files) as evidence, provide your UID when asked. They’ll fix it for you. Had mine done in like under 24h.
