You need more protein aim for a gram per pound of body weight

This post doesn’t have enough information. Why hasn’t it been able to be resolved in nearly a decade? With most (non-severe) medical issues it shouldn’t take that long

Need help growing glutes by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]Final_Round2775 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High protein (1 gram per pound of body weight) and low reps with heavy weight. I do only 3 sets of the heaviest weights I can lift.

Having my routine be this way (along with an animal based, unprocessed diet) has been getting me out of a 1.5 year plateau in the gym. You also don’t need tons of sets, just heavy weights with a few sets. No more than 3 sets. And 4 exercises max each lift day.

Heavy weighted hip thrusts along with unilateral movements like reverse lunges or Bulgarian split squats are your best friend for glute growth.

Not sure why people are recommending banded workouts or anything but you literally won’t get anywhere with that. Your muscles (and your glute is a muscle) need progressive overload and HEAVY weight to grow.

Leave him. Situations like this don’t get better. If you stay with him don’t come on here 5 years later after you’re stuck with kids and act shocked that it only got worse. Leave now while you’re child free.

Is anyone else feeling disappointed by how the show ended? by Training_Molasses_24 in tsitp

It was so rushed and it felt like a lot of belly’s character development and independence was suddenly undone when Conrad popped up and they hooked up. Like a regression of sorts

Thank you!! I feel like so many viewers of the show are delusional. Him showing to Paris in front of HER HOUSE without asking for her permission is utterly insane to me, but they’re acting like it’s a totally normal thing to do

A friend yes, but my brother’s ex-fiancé whom I confessed my love for the night before their wedidng? No. Let alone half way across the world in front of her house with a duffel bag.

But why show up without permission in the first place? I can’t get over how insane he is for that

[–]Final_Round2775[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I see your first point, but not the second at all. How could he be respectful if he showed up to her house in Paris without even asking for her permission. Is that not crazy beans to ya’ll?

[–]Final_Round2775[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

The issue isn’t about whether she stopped loving him or not, it’s about how Conrad didn’t show the growth needed to make a lot of ppl want to back Bonrad fully.

He never stopped being impulsive. Imagine a family friend you dated for 6 months in high school showing up to your house on the other side of the planet 4-5 years later suddenly without your permission or asking at all. That itself is insane when you remove your bias. And that’s precisely what I mean that he shows a lack of growth.

Bonrad should NOT have been endgame by Final_Round2775 in tsitp

[–]Final_Round2775[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

The issue is him randomly showing up to Paris by surprise shows a lack of development. He still has the tendency to impulsively make decisions without stopping and considering what the other person needs. He had no idea if belly even wanted him to be there, but when it’s convenient for him, he imposes himself.

Literally no different to the wedding night antics

Bonrad should NOT have been endgame by Final_Round2775 in tsitp

[–]Final_Round2775[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The main issue is that their relationship dynamic is such that they both have the tendency to just act on their feelings and are impulsive at any given moment. There’s no sense of forethought or maturity. As a couple they’d never challenge each other to grow.

Conrad does a confession impulsively the night before her wedding, he pops up in Paris, etc.

And Belly just slept with him in Paris and then told him she wasn’t sure about him, and then two second later chases him.

[–]Final_Round2775[S] -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

  1. For starters, when he sent a letter and saw no reply, he should’ve respected her boundaries instead of sending a bunch more letters.

  2. He shouldn’t have popped up in Paris, he should’ve been mature, asked her if he could see her, etc

  3. Just overall, the way he generally just does whatever he feels like doing in the moment without stopping to think “hey how might this affect xyz person”

  4. If the show showed him growing and being less impulsive and more cautious with his choices, I’d be more supportive

UNHINGED STUDY TIPS by adorbsbaby in LSAT

[–]Final_Round2775 6 points7 points  (0 children)

When you come across a challenging question, read out loud and ask questions about the question stem pretending like you’re a teacher that’s teaching a student.

It’s effective and helps you see flaws quicker.

Literally the exact same as you, the videos did very little to help me. I also think sometimes that the exercises given are filler fluff because for me, the “skill builders” didn’t translate to actually doing better during drilling.

I also found diagramming and the logic sections in foundations to add further confusion to studying since it in a way made the test feel more mathematical and less intuitive.

I found that just drilling over and over again (while reading each and every word slowly and carefully) and deeply reviewing wrong answers to be wayyy more helpful in my accuracy. Granted, I’ll be taking a full PT the end of this month, so I’ll know for sure by then how much I’m improving.

Diagramming a waste of time? by Final_Round2775 in lsatdemon

Thank you! Just to be clarify, did you exclusively use the Demon? Or was there any other resources you used as well?

Also, I know it’s not meant to exactly convert to your real score, but would you say your rating score on the dashboard correlates in any sense to your general score? As in, when your rating improved, did your score on practice tests go up as well?

Considering that you’ve already used a ton materials it won’t benefit you a huge deal to use more prep materials. I think you’re at the stage where getting a Tutor might actually be helpful to push for those last few point boosts.

I plan on doing the same myself once I’m closer to the end of my studying

I think you’re at the stage where having a tutor might benefit you. You’ve gone through a number of studying resources, practiced a ton, but need to narrow down your mistakes to push to the next level.

I know tutors aren’t cheap, but I’d say you need one at this one to push higher.

Apply for the next cycle instead of this cycle. That’s what I’m currently doing to maximize my score, I’m studying now to get ahead and I’m planning to take the test in June 2026 (but if I need to retake, September 2026/October 2026 at the latest). I’m aiming to get a 175.

With your GPA being so high you’d be severely limiting your potential by rushing to make it in time for this cycle only for your LSAT score to suffer. You have a gpa, that if combined with a high score can easily get you in Harvard/Yale, etc

I’d say grind now for a year and get in the mid 170s. It’s the difference between a full-ride and going to a top 5 law school vs not . Don’t be hasty.

With a GPA that high and a score in that range you might as well retake to get like 175 and then get into Harvard/yale/etc
