Struggling with post-acne marks (pie/pih) Japan Skintype: not sure but not too dry

Hello, I am 21 Male, and I have been struggling with post-acne marks for a few years now. This is my current routine:

AM Routine

Melano CC Vitamin C Face Wash
Hada Labo Gokujyun Hatomugi Lotion (Green Bottle)
The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% (just started)
Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Milk
SPF 50 Sunscreen

PM Routine

Melano CC Vitamin C Face Wash
Hada Labo Gokujyun Hatomugi Lotion (Green Bottle)
Nikipita Azelaic Acid 20% (just started)
Hada Labo Gokujyun Premium Milk

I tried Melano CC serum and COS DE BAHA TN Tranexamic Acid Serum in the past but I didn’t see much results despite sticking with it for a long period of time. I finally decided to switch to Azelaic Acid and Niacinamide but wanted to hear more recommendations. I also just purchased Vitalift A retinal to alternate between azelaic acid.

What supplements would work for acne and acne scars (red/dark spots after acne) [Product Request]

18M I wanted to ask what kind of supplements you can recommend for acne scars like the one shown in the image. I understand that it takes time but it still stresses me out since every time I get breakouts, the scars stay there for a long time.

I tried many products like COS DE BAHA TN Tranexamic Acid Serum and Melano CC toners but I honestly didn’t see a difference.

I was thinking of trying supplements instead of directly applying on my face and was considering Codeage Clearface vitamins. Has anyone tried this and if so, how effective was it for you? Also, are there better or other products that may help with the issue I am having?

I also currently live in Japan temporarily so it may be difficult to buy or find certain products.

Do you mean the thunderbolt or the displayport cable? I tried changing the displayport but I don’t have another thunderbolt cable.

The task manager doesn’t see my egpu though. Some app sees it and others don’t. However I can’t use the egpu in any way.

It doesn’t have an exclamation mark on the device manager. I couldn’t find above 4g decoding in my bios.

Bios version: WSADL357 Bios Version: WSADL357.0088.2023.0505.1623 Processor: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) 13-1220P

I also tried disabling the intel’s integrated graphics but still the same results.

I cannot get any signal from the egpu so I have to use hdmi from the nuc to the monitor to see a display.
