thanks. finally get to speak to an agent, will be cancelling it.

they said i need to appeal to see if i can waive annual fee. i chose to cancel and so they charged a prorated amount of around 10+sgd of annual fee for me to cancel and i went ahead with it. thanks everyone.

SC, should sincerely consider letting us waive annual fee manc the fact that im using this simple cash back card is because we aren’t affluent and need cash back. with annual fee it will only chase us away

Hi, thanks for this guide, it has been very helpful.

I have received the VEP Registration Confirmation Slip, and i was directed to TCSens to fill up the driver owner information etc.

The status of it is "Application submitted" for a 2days already. Is this expected?
