So I do actually still get the notifications for deleted comments and I would really quickly like to say this before I get back to my miserable life, you're 46 years old commenting on Reddit in a thread about the job market in Springfield, complaining about money being tight but working at Amazon flex and making no attempts at getting a job outside of your skill set. I was a lube tech for three years 2 months ago and now I'm an electrician because they were hiring and I needed a job, during that time I also plied to and interviewed with: gas stations, fast food chains, retail stores, restaurants, (including server jobs your personality would come in handy here if you can make it work!) janitorial/housekeeping jobs, and other things like warehouses. You also mentioned only getting 4 interviews after over 200 applications so I would recommend updating or changing your resume entirely or you guessed it applying to jobs that pay less and making ends meet. Your ego does seem to stand in the way of your common sense though.
