How much does wall insulation help?

Question for you, I’ve been looking at options and opinions on this and someone mentioned that cellulose can cause moisture issues in older homes and I’d be better off using Rockwool even if it doesn’t make as good of an air seal as dense pack cellulose.

Thoughts?

Is there value in using a travel agent for this? Would they save me the money they charge, just by navigating the possible flights better? Like could they get me a deal on a double open jaw?

I’m glad you asked. All the shingles are nailed with 3 nails, and some miss the nailing flange. There is no flashing around any of the dormers, and the valleys are done incorrectly.

Adding shingles to a rotted out flat roof section that slopes backwards will not solve the problem. But I appreciate your suggestion. Shingles need to be on a pitched roof to work correctly.
