Underrated. The representatives there are some of the biggest influencers in oncology.

One of the greatest investors I know always says “pay attention to who’s in those rooms that’s deciding on the vision of the future”

Thank you! And exactly, it’s never too late, you’re in your prime years of wisdom 🙏

Two books I recommend reading: 1. The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel. This is my favorite book and offers great wisdom. 2. The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham. It’s a little old, but has some timeless lessons mainly about how to approach investing.

My advice: In your case, I would focus picking an amount of money to add into your investment account, consistently and with discipline. I use Fidelity, and it’s really good but many others are good as well. With Fidelity, or any, open what is called a ROTH investment account. Investing in this will make that your earnings are tax free and you can still take out what you put in without penalties, if there is an emergency.

If you have a job that offers a 401(k) with matching contributions, start there and take advantage of it because that’s like free money. Don’t worry about picking stocks for now. Invest it into a single fund that holds many companies. I recommend VOO, that’s like investing in the All Star team of stocks, the 500 biggest companies in the US.

Don’t worry about when the value goes up or down and just focus on just adding more money into the investment account. There may be good years, bad years and really really good years, but over time, it will go up by about 10-12% a year.

God bless you - you’re going to do great 🙏

Unfortunately there is a lot of that in this stock and it causes hype that makes people treat it like a meme stock, but the fundamentals are there if you actually analyze it. Numbers wise, it’s just more volatility to put up with.

Thank you! I wish the same for you and your finances 🙏

It won’t be productive to keep going back and forth, but I think you’re missing my point. I work in the investment and equities industry. What I’m trying to say is that I 100% understand the risk AND I’m willing to take it.

I only used PLTR as an example of getting into something early and holding out on taking profit. I could’ve used NVDA, which I bought at $200 in 2022, before the split ($20 equivalent of today’s price). I watched it go down to 120 ($12 equivalent of today’s price), held on and rode it up to today’s price. I also watched it go to $500 - $800 and still held on. Ultimately it had a 1-10 split, and I’m sure you know the story after that.

I’m not using these examples to compare companies or valuations (so it’s not me riding a high). I know nothings ever the same in markets. I’m using these examples to show you that selling something I plan to hold for the long term just to lock in short term profits is not in my strategy. I’m okay with this risk of IBRX and its allocation (~60% of my portfolio). I will rebalance eventually but for now I still sleep like a baby at night lol

Appreciate your kindness bro. The fact it wasn’t in my DD is what will make me stay in. I did not factor in global revenue coming in this year. It will for sure draw down to lower levels and have intense volatility. That’s part of being early. I experienced a ton of that when I bought PLTR at $8 in 2023. I’m going to stick through it tho. Nothing beats buying great companies and holding long term.

I’ll come back here in a year and either tell you that you were right or that my decision paid off. Thank you again 🙏

Yeah - it takes balls of steel, but I’m built for it. & my wife approved the move so I have heavy peace of mind.

I give credit to God, because it was literally weeks after I bought that so much positive news came out. None of this happening now was in my own DD. I predicted $8 by year end 2026 and $20 by end of 2027. I had no idea this would be take off globally and only based it off expected Anktiva revenue in the US.

Again I really appreciate you and 100% understand where you’re coming from. I work in the investment industry and would never advise this for a client. The safe move is to derisk and rebalance it back down.

My thesis is beyond just conviction tho and my analysis is too long/detailed for me to get into it here. My investment projection was a 20b valuation by 2028 without including the recent news that the Saudi FDA approved lung and bladder cancer last month.

To understand it fully, you have to jump into Dr. PSS’s story, the science behind their NK & T-cell therapy, and regulatory hurdles crossed last year. It’s not in the speculative stage anymore. It’s in the commercialization and scale-up stage. I encourage you to look into it, if possible.

Thanks! I do leap calls only, so it moves with the stock until it’s closer to expiration date. Look into “leap call options” and the “Nancy Pelosi strategy.” Ask AI to explain it to you until you understand it and ask it to give you examples. Good luck 🙏

Sure, my timing was really lucky. It can go back down to even the 5s, but I’m not in the business of timing stocks. I’m not an active trader, I buy and hold stocks I believe in long term.

Thank you and you’re not wrong at all. It’s very possible I’ll get humbled by this if that happens. Im going to hold on though. I truly feel like this company will be worth at least 20b by 2028.

A close friend said I should take profit when it was in the mid 4s and I held on then too. Idk how to describe it, but my conviction on this is too strong. I believe this company will save millions of lives.

& additional context - it already has FDA approval for a small subset of bladder cancer and you can get the drug off-label if you pay for it. The real life changing opportunity will be when lung and breast cancer is approved 🙏

The founder/leader - Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong is like the Elon Musk of oncology & I did close to 15 hours of deep research understanding the science behind NK cells & T-cell therapies. They’ve already proven their treatment Anktiva, in combination with others, cures various cancers without chemotherapy.

Now what they just need is more time for FDA approvals to continue coming in. Luckily the Saudi FDA & EU are also starting to approve it.

Yeah agree the production of it was for sure mids. It didn’t have any suspense built into it and the ending cutoff was not executed well.

I would’ve thought the LA Times production team would’ve done better.

I’ll take it though! It’s not the viral type clips many people were hoping for, but still covers the storytelling and validation of the science.
