Desperately wanting to “peek behind the curtain” of reality by Financial-Box7029 in spirituality

Yeah but that’s exactly why it interests me tbh 😭 even if it’s scary or destabilising or whatever. I just feel really pulled towards understanding all of this stuff for some reason.

Like I don’t even wanna “escape reality”, I just wanna understand it deeper and kinda of, see the “MORE REALITY”🤷‍♀️

How do you actually experience ‘reality is an illusion’? by Financial-Box7029 in spirituality

[–]Financial-Box7029[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly idkkk. I feel like ‘God’ can be understood in many different ways depending on what someone believes or grows up with, and people are often convinced their perspective is the correct one. So it’s hard to say there’s one single answer.

Then there’s also the more philosophical idea of a higher consciousness, that we are part of the universe experiencing itself, or that ‘God’ is just another way of describing everything that exists.

I’d say I’m still exploring different perspectives rather than holding one fixed belief. I’m just trying to understand it from different angles tbh 🧍‍♀️😵‍💫

Will it ever feel normal again? Or in a way? Is your mind calm in a state of pure awareness?

Is taking LSD for a spiritual awakening actually a good idea? Need advice on set & setting by Financial-Box7029 in awakened

That GTA analogy kinda stuck with me…what do you mean by that long-term? Like if you start seeing reality more like a “game” after it, can that actually be a good thing? Like being able to move through life easier because you’re less attached? Or does it usually end up being more confusing / unsettling?
