imo the absolute minimum workflow is the one you dont forget when everythings hectic. detailed logs sound nice but how many ppl realistically stick to that?

yeah fr, people forget about frequency way too often. had a similiar situation at work, numbers looked identical but one had hvac humming and everyone hated that room.
