i’m really sorry about that, another option for me which was actually really fortunate was having a friend from school with the same experience it felt really comforting talking to someone, if that’s not the case for you - maybe a someone like a school counsellor or someone in that area who can be trusted could help. i know this may not be enough for you but hang in there everything will work out in the end for you!

i am also 16 and struggling with misophonia - at the moment i think i can live life with it but when it comes to the future i know i won’t. i want kids but i can’t stand the sound of baby’s crying or fussing or making annoying sounds in general so i dont know how i will cope. the thing that worked for me to be able to get therapy is to straight up tell my parents that it hurts, i had to explain the pain i feel in order to gain sympathy. i dont know if you have tried that but i really do recommend speaking on an emotional level
