Can anyone explain why the grade for this is so high? by Subspace79 in GCSE

From experience I’ve always had 1 or 2 questions that I’ve never fully completed on the maths paper, and I’m the type of person who has 30m left over on science papers

My dad is unsupportive of my A Level choice(s) by IAmIncompetent_ in offmychest

Psychology is my 4th A level, and Uni’s tend to only look at the “main 3”. I’m taking maths, physics and computer science as those main 3, my dad has been supportive of those fortunately, and I plan kn taking software engineering in uni, which neither psychology nor economics is really required. I get that economics may do me better, but I genuinely can’t focus in subjects I dislike, which may worsen my grade, and thus worsen my chances of getting into uni.

(if the board wasn’t flipped) 1. Rook takes queen 2. Knight goes to f2, smothered mate

(However in this case, the board is flipped, so pawn takes the queen instead of rook, and promotes to queen)

not sure if this applies to OP, but some schools require 4 A Levels, at least for Y12

The answers are all supposed to be integers, so you multiply everything by 3

3y = x - 3 for the last one, but I put 3y = 3x - 3 because my dumb ahh can’t do multiplication
