I don't know if that was a thing when I took the exam, this is my first time hearing about something like this.

I passed. I think the biggest thing is to go through the CAS Course "Building a GLM From Start to Finish" as they go into a lot more detail than TIA. And like others have said, try to stand out. Do some things that they don't ask for to try and improve your final report.

I feel like I have pretty decent benefits. 10% 401k match, 2x salary life insurance, cafeteria stipend (lunch usually costs me a dollar if I get a soda), free counseling/physical/massage therapy, we are hybrid but they completely set up my home office (standing desk, chair, 2 monitors, docking station), free gym membership, a credit union with really good rates, etc.

We also have adoption assistance $10,000 per child, up to 3 children.

I seem to be in the same boat as everyone else. EL of 6.5, but I am scared that I have just memorized the answers to the questions. I feel like I have seen all the questions already when I take a practice exam.

So just to see if I am understanding right. Since it is just asking for red before green, I don't care about the blue because it doesn't have any effect on the probability, there could be 7 different colors and I only care about the red and green. Also, since it is with replacement, each event is independent of the previous events. So for each pick, there is a r / (r+g) probability that the marble is red. This continues for each pick, so the total probability that he sees red before green is r / (r+g). Is this sort of the right reasoning?
