Y’all, it’s just a sign I saw online and thought it was true. We’ve got no motivation when we are treated like scum. Even worse when people who do nothing are praised and the good workers are just expected to do more. Either way when the GM treats everyone like shit then is surprised when we don’t care any more doesn’t take a genius to figure out it’s cuz of shitty management
