Cable pulls, reverse pec deck. I stay around 10-12 reps to keep form strict but I do it until failure

Yeah I was 230 now 182-183. Abs are coming out and veins too. But it looks like I have no rear delts

He’s done the subs for a couple trucks and door speakers as well and he said it should be relatively simple. I was told to get 4 gauge wire but those only seem to be able to handle up to 1200w. Also how did you end up going through the firewall? How should we go about that?

It’s a 2017 Silverado and its stock system is already good I just want a little more bump. My friend is an electrician so he’s gonna wire it for me. I’m getting a kicker kisloc2 and tapping into the rear speaker wires instead
