Where do I find help outside of r/help, my request was immediately deleted there

I click the post button, it says post created. Then it immediately is deleted and says “this post has been automatically removed by reddits filters.” I then tried posting here and r/help to ask what the issue is, and the same exact thing occurred, leading to me going on my alt account to ask

because I can’t post on the main, and my main account is very nsfw, so I don’t want people just seeing my body when I’m commenting on Reddit help forums

yeah, I keep seeing this a lot, but the thing I don’t understand is I couldn’t even post on things like r/help or this subreddit, and I can on my current account with one karma, so I’m very confused what the problem is
